Warranty & Returns

Clothing Return/Replacement Policy

In order to make a return, please email us at: shop@ar-tactics.com with the subject line stating "Returns: [Clothing Item]". A customer is eligible for returns if any of these conditions apply:

  • Product Issue (Damages)
  • Received Wrong Size
  • Bad Graphics
  • Received wrong product

US customers have up to 30 days after the shipped date and international customers have up to 60 days after the shipped date to return an item.

What we need to make a replacement/return order:

  1. Please provide the customer name and email.
  2. Please provide the order number
  3. Please provide picture of wrong/damaged item.
  4. Please provide the changes necessary to correct/make replacement order, ie: color, size, style, etc.

Once we receive this we will print a replacement product and send it right out!

Once your return is accepted, please allow returns to be processed in full as your bank or credit card company make take some time to process and post the refund. 

If a customer picked the wrong size or color or no longer wants the product, we do not offer returns or refunds for those reasons. If this is the case, please email us at shop@ar-tactics.com and we will work with you to set up a discounted price for a new product purchase. Please use subject line "Request Discount for Unsatisfied Product"

Warranty on Non-clothing products

All non-clothing products have a lifetime warranty. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
